Dia difícil de acordar, depois de pegar no sono por volta das 03. Às 09:15h tomo coragem, um bom banho e vamos para o café, o “petit dejeuner” (pão e café, no oficial. Aqui rolam uns croissants, cereal e suco de fruta. Me dei de bem!)

Uma olhada básica na net e, aconselhado pelo recepcionista, escolho o Open Bus (uma das empresas que fazem roteiros fixos nos pontos turísticos da cidade). Pego o baú na Rua Kleber, vizinha a Victor Hugo, onde fica o hotel. Escolho o pacote pra três dias, por 44 Euros. São quatro rotas e inclui passeio de barco pelo Sena, todos à vontade, durante a vigência do passe.

Parada na Torre Eiffel. Panorama fantástico, fila interminável. duas horas em média, segundo me dizem. Dia fechado e continuo mareado de sono. Um cappuccino e um croissant pra rebater, por surpreendentes 4,50 Euros. Depois de buscar visuais variados da torre, já decidido a não subir, continuo o circuito. São 11:30h.

Desço no pátio do Louvre. É impressionante, os prédios, a pirâmide, a roda gigante e o parque em frente. Área de comércio e hotéis de alto luxo nas redondezas. Fila interminável pra comprar o ingresso. Tem nada não. Pego o bizu com o segurança, vou comprar o ingresso mais tarde na Virgin Megastore da Champs Elysées. Por hora, andar pela redondeza e apreciar a paisagem.

Já vi e ouvi além de franceses, naturalmente, escandinavos, gente do leste europeu, espanhóis, italianos e sei lá mais o que. Ainda estou tonto, os olhos e os ouvidos estão se ajeitando. Vamo na onda.

Já to andando há uma data, bateu a fome. A Angélica tem doces fantásticos, mas agora quero almoçar. São 13:30h. Escolho a Cafeteria Rivoli, na rua de mesmo nome. Peço o prato com salmão. Horrível! Quase cru. Do acompanhamento, só se salvam as batatas. Compro o adaptador para o padrão europeu de tomadas (10 Euros).

Pego o baú novamente, e sinto que preguei! Nem animei de descer na Catedral de Notre Dame. Fica pra amanhã. Do barco se faz fotos mais bonitas, me disseram. Vamos ver.

Próxima parada Champs Elysées, na Virgin. Ingresso pro Louvre (11,10 Euros) e algumas preciosidades musicais, não resisti! Caminho fascinado pelo tumulto daquela avenida fantástica. Gente de etnias e culturas variadas (vige, cada loira!). Brasileiros ouvi ao menos três vezes enquanto andava por lá. Os cafés da rua são lindos, mas não tem o clima bucólico e charmoso que eu esperava. Com essa confusão toda!!!

Entro na Sephora em busca de gel para barbear, já que o meu ficou na alfândega. No free shop tava mais em conta. Só a loção pós barba ficou em 30 Euros! Os caras tem que pagar o condomínio...

Retorno ao hotel. São 17:30h. Tô moído!!! Relax, mas cafezinho pra não dormir. Saio pra jantar lá pelas 20:30h. Escolho um café com o clima que eu queria (Le Cristal), na Avenue de La Grande Armée, de frente para o Arco do Triunfo. Bom vinho, carne meio sangrando e salada, por 27 Euros. Ta valendo! Back to hotel. Encontro a galera de Ribeirão, estão partindo amanhã. Contam boas histórias da Normandia. O sono bateu. Vou nessa!

A mais engraçada do dia: na Virgin Megastore, perguntei ao atendente sobre músicos franceses de expressão e ele, olhando de rabo de olho esse sujeito careca, de jaqueta esportiva, jeans e tênis, soltou na lata:

- Electrô é no fim do corredor!!! Kkkkkkkk

Preparativos. Peguei o passaporte no dia da viagem, mostrando os bilhetes já comprados. É muita técnica! Paguei as continhas e entrei no clima da viagem. Embarque pra Guarulhos no meio da tarde. Malas despachadas direto pra Paris.

Enlatado ate Guarulhos. Cheguei meio em cima da hora. Vôo atrasado duas horas, por conta dos aeroviários franceses, em greve. E a gente acha que é só aqui!

Alfândega retendo alguns itens (líquidos, espumas, cremes. Eles são rigorosos. Só até 100 ml.)

Fauna variada à bordo. A curiosidade e as vistas agradecem. Boas acomodações, refeições e tome viagem! Até que cochilei bem. O tal jet lag é que é foda!

Chegando com tempo aberto, 24 graus. Brodagem com os passageiros que além de francês, não falam inglês. Meu transfer furou, e colei com outros passageiros para rachar uma van (um casal de Campinas, e outro não perguntei de onde). Segundos estes, sua experiência anterior com transfer em Paris não recomendava. Vai entender!

Hotel colado no Arco do Triunfo, velhinho, mas prático e com bom atendimento. Vamos ver o café da manhã. Eta banhozinho restaurador. Olho o mapa da cidade, vejo algumas opções para amanhã e descanso um pouco pra ir jantar.

Ao descer, conheço um grupo de 03 pessoas de Ribeirão Preto. Muito simpáticos e viajando na aventura, como eu gosto. Amanhã vão para a Normandia, passando pelo museu Monet na volta. 01h30 de trem. Bacanérrimo! Me convidam, desde que há um bilhete sobrando, de um desistente de última hora. Tô dentro! Me dão um milhão de sugestões e sobem pra dormir. Já estão nessa há mais de 10 dias.

Decido jantar aqui por perto. Vejo no relógio, quase onze horas. Jet lag danado! Vou ao Café Victor Hugo, na praça de mesmo nome. É aquele Café de cinema, assim como a praça. Frango (com ratatouille, of course), salada e uma taça de Bourdeaux por 30 Euros. Além disso, os causos da polonesa Gloria, de lindo sorriso e atendimento eficiente.

Satisfeito, volto pro hotel, driblando uma chuvinha de verão. O grupo da Normandia resgatou o desistente, como me dizem. Fica pra próxima. De boa!
